We allow up to 14 business days after receiving your package to qualify for a refund for returned items. Refunds are issued via the same payment method the original purchase was made. Please allow 3-5 business days for the funds to be posted to your original method of payment.
To ensure that you will receive a refund for your return, all products must be returned in unworn, unwashed, and unaltered condition. All returns require prior authorization and must be returned in the original packing with a copy of original purchase invoice.
To request a Return Merchandise Authorization, email email@example.com, obtain an RMA number, and clearly write the number on both the invoice copy enclosed with the returned merchandise and on the packing from outside. Please keep the RMA number and reference it when calling to check on the status of your return. Incomplete or unauthorized returns will be refused and will be returned to you.
Please note: If an item received is determined damaged or is the result of another error on our behalf, we will pay return shipping charges. Otherwise, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Please save your tracking number when shipping your return to us, as we cannot issue refunds on any returns that are lost by the post office or do not make it to us for any other reason.
